Meet The Owner: Edgar Diaz

Hi! I’m Edgar. Thank you for inviting me into your home. I want to take a moment to give you a little background information about myself. I was born and raised in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico, and moved to Brevard County, FL, 20 years ago. I am a proud parent to the most amazing twins, Caleb and Camila. They just turned 9 years old.

I’m a huge foodie, I could literally spend my paycheck on food, haha! One of my favorite hobbies is cooking, and one of my classic dishes is my chocolate crème brûlée. It’s the best in Brevard County, at least according to my kids.

I also love anything related to cars and racing. Drag racing, NASCAR, Formula One, Indy Car, you name it, and I will watch it. Growing up, I used to drag race in my hometown. My dream car is a Ferrari 458 Italia.
